Dear Sisters and Brothers,
I am writing to invite you to our 126th annual meeting of the East Coast Conference Ministerial Association, Thursday and Friday, May 1st & 2nd at Trinity Covenant Church, Manchester, CT. We are looking forward to times of fellowship, enrichment, worship and sharing life together! We are fortunate to have Klyne Snodgrass, Professor of Biblical Literature at North Park Theological Seminary, with us for our continuing education component on Friday. Klyne will be teaching four sessions: The Gospel of Participation; The Gospel and Culture; The Gospel and Marriage; and Divorce & Re-Marriage. May God bless our lives and ministries fully! Make your plans today to attend.
We will also have the wonderful opportunity to hear from 10 candidates for ordination and commissioning from our conference. Their testimonies will be spread throughout our two days together at the business session Thursday afternoon, at our Communion service that evening and on Friday.
The Annual Meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 1st with coffee and registration at 12: 30 pm. Our constitution proclaims it our “duty and privilege”, to gather for our annual meeting and states that anyone prevented from attending must send written greetings. Letters of greeting can be mailed to our secretary, Linda Williams, PO Box 314, Washington Depot, CT 06794 or emailed to her at (email@example.com). Thank you!

Elections for 2 COMS positions(one ordained, one commissioned) for 3 year terms.
Adoption of our 2014-15 Budget.

The cost is $65 which includes program, coffee, meals(one dinner and one lunch). Note: Hotel accommodation choices will be posted on the ECC and the Ministerial Association’s website.
2. Mail in your registration: There is no form to fill out, just send a check to East Coast Conference, 52 Missionary Road, Cromwell, CT 06416. Make sure you send a note along with your name on it so that we know who is registering.
Dues: You will receive a letter from Peter Nielsen, treasurer of our Ministerial Association, regarding dues. Please mail your check to Peter prior to the meeting.
Please note: this registration is separate from the Conference Annual Meeting on Saturday May 3rd. Rest. Reconnect. Renew.
East Coast Covenant Clergy and Spouses are invited to reconnect, rest, and renew at the Ministers’ Retreat. Step back from ministry and allow yourself to be ministered to by God’s presence, by your brothers and sisters in the Lord, by time alone, by our speaker, and by the beauty of God’s creation surrounding us at Pilgrim Pines. We look forward to seeing you soon and welcoming you to our retreat. God’s blessings and peace be with you. – The Ministerial Association Ashram Committee
